Growing up!

As I get older I find that responsibility and independence is 2 big steps, I and everyone in the world has to take in their lives. As I'm a very shy person, taking those two steps are very scary for me! Also I found in life, not everything happens how you imagine. As for a few years I have like someone but it has only just come to me that I have wasted those years thinking what if this happened and what would I do if this happened or someone said this. etc. By doing this and thinking these things I have really been living for that certain someone until one day he may like me back but that's wrong! that's stupid! I have wasted though years thinking about him but what I should been doing is thinking about my life and how I want to live it!.

My life now is gong to be about me! I am going to start thinking about myself bit more and to get my life sorted! Yes I'm going to see boys that I like but I'm not going to make them a main part in my life!
What I'm trying to say is if you like a certain person, keep your life on track and include them in pats of your life, but if your life is a bit of a mess and you don't know what you want to do in life (like me) then my advice is to start your life as a fresh, start applying for jobs and encourage yourself to do more. When the time feels right, include people in your life as you and your life will be settled and you will feel fresher and prepared to deal with other things!

I'm only 19 and I'm finding life quite difficult but I know in the new year, I'm going to sort my life out and yes it may not be perfect but as I take those steps of responsibility and independence I know my life will turn around for the good.Which I am kind of looking forward to see where my life will take me!

I really hope some of these things have helped you in some way or form,if your are going through this kind of thing yourself! feel free to comment and let me know what your struggling with (if you want too) and I will try and help and advice you!Or you can comment to let me know if you have any other advice that may help me and anyone who reads this! :D

The Christmas tag!!

Now I'm on bloglovin I saw a thing going around which was called 'the Christmas tag!'
so I thought I would do as well.

                                                      1. What is your favourite Christmas Movie/s?

My FAVOURITE Christmas movie is 'the Christmas carol' which I watch religiously each year, I will probably still will even when I'm older! I find the Christmas carol lovely to watch even though Scrooge is a nasty man but I love how the three spirits change him for the better!
My second favourite is 'the Polar Express' because come on! it a magical train going to the north pole! who doesn't love it!!

2. Do you open your presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

My family wait until Christmas morning! We start the day  at 6:30 or around that time! and we head to the living with our stockings and crackers in our pjs, we wish everyone a merry Christmas, we give my dog a present to keep her busy while we open ours! and then we have a routine on who opens their presents first, the routine is my sister opens first then me then mum then dad. Once we have opened our presents and had our crackers. We set up for the main Christmas present which is very very exciting!

3. Do you have a favourite Christmas memory?

My favourite memory is when my nan use to come round for Christmas each year and watch my and my sister open our present, we use to show her each and every one and even though she didn't know what many of them of been or how it works, she had a bright smile on her face because we were happy!

4. Favourite festive food?

This is hard because I love the tin of sweets you can get! which my favourite in the quality streets (or roses) is the strawberry chocolate sweet! But I think my favourite festive food is a good Christmas dinner! Nothing can beat a good  Christmas dinner!

5. Favourite Christmas gift?

This is very very difficult to say because I love all the present I get and I appreciate each and every one but I think the one that sticks out is when my sister got my a signed copy of a Selena Gomez album which at the time you couldn't get in the UK.Which i ended up crying ha-ha

6. Favourite Christmas scent?

My favourite scent is the smell of fresh opened tin of roses, which is were you get all the scents from the chocolates hit you all at once especially the strawberry! Once I smell that I know its Christmas!

7. Do you have any Christmas Eve traditions?

Yes, my family always have ham, egg and chips. Its not Christmas eve if we don't have that meal

8. What tops your tree?

My living room (front room) tree has a lovely red bow on top! On top of my nan's tree which sits in my family's kitchen is a big gold star. On top of my mums tree in her bedroom is a snowflake and on top of mine and my sister room (we share a room) is a  gold glittery angel.

9. As a kid what was the one (crazy, wild, extravagant) gift you always asked for but never received?

My gift as a kid I wanted was moon boots, but I never got sadly!

10. What's the best part about Christmas for you?

Mine is the build up to Christmas.I do love Christmas Day though  it's always goes too fast, whereas the build-up from the end of November that just feels magical!  This includes Christmas shopping, tasty festive treats and baking, Christmas decorating and then sitting with only the Christmas tree lights on watching TV and  of course lots of Christmas film watching weekends!

I hope you enjoyed this Christmas tag! and plus let me know what your answers are in the comments!

My Life Dilemma (kind of)

As I'm 19 years old, I'm trying to find my path of what I want to do for my future ahead. Which is hard for me as I am not the most confident girl in the world, I'm a very shy person which for me is very hard to talk to strangers and be independent. As I get older I realize I can't rile on other people all my life! I know I have my whole life ahead for me to decide what I want to do and settle into a job/project, but I have set myself a goal to build my confidence and face my fear for a till (as I'm brilliant at money like making change), but my goal is to write up my CV and hand in my CV to as many shops as possible and then see what happens, but that thought excites me and scares me but I know I need to do it. I need face my fear and go on this journey and adventure of my life on my own, and find what I am comfortable with. I find it easier myself to type out my opinions or type to someone rather than talking to a person as I get very uncomfortable with new people (stranger not friends) and get very aware of what I'm saying or acting can make someone like me, as with typing I find I can find better words or phrases to make someone like me or something which is very weird and stupid as you would think talking to someone  (strangers) would be easier.
The one thing I am pretty confident with is art but I don't know how I can get into that at the moment. Right now I prefer art as a hobby but I would like to make my own art and have some art things like a book or art work of my own in shops around the world.
I do have a separate blog to put my art stuff on, Here is the link: http://artbyshula.blogspot.co.uk/

What made me write this to let me finally decide to type out my thoughts was watching Louise video (sprinkleofglitter on YouTube) In one part of her ('the big chat') video she said that when she writes her blog it's like therapy for her which I can see why and agree with her in a way. So I thought I would just let out what I have spoken about to my family and few of my friends. I do agree with Louise as I know it hasn't been long since i have created this blog  really but writing this blog post especially makes me feel better now that I let the last bit of it all out. I did this in one of my previous blogs called 'leaving college' which I again found it such of relief to let out what I thought.

Thanks you if you did read all this! Feel free to comment about if you have suffered with this dilemma or if you have any advice for me and other that may read this.

Christmas is coming!!!

It is the 5th of November as I write this, which is the night of bonfire night, with the celebration of fireworks!! I'm sat here enjoying a nice warm fire in a lovely a toasty house thinking about how close Christmas is to coming! which I am very excited for!! I'm not sure what I want for Christmas yet but I do know that i cant wait for the nights where I'm watching TV with a nice boiling hot cup of tea beside me, as I'm cosy on the sofa in my pj's with the beaming Christmas lights shinning in the corner of my eye, the smell of burning candles and just seeing the Christmas decorations up around the house and knowing that I can enjoy the Christmas atmosphere all month.
I can't wait to start Christmas shopping, as I love buying presents for my family and friends and seeing the faces when they open my little surprise of a present! especially when the destroy my beautiful wrapping, which is also exciting to see!

What I love about Christmas!

1. The snow ( before peoples footprints are stamped in the freshly laid snow)
2. The wrapping up in scarf's and coats
3.The steaming hot drinks
4. candles
5. Christmas light twinkling in the streets
6. wearing warm cosy pjs
7. wearing woolly jumpers
8. watching the grinch at Christmas time
9. spending time with your family
10. coming home from a cold winters day out, with the heat fogging up your glasses and stinging your face and hands.
